Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Seville, Spain.
What are the shipping rates?
Flat rates (always charged): Spain €8, USA €25, Rest of world €16. Shipping is calculated at checkout in EUR (€).
Do you offer free shipping?
No—shipping is always charged at the flat rates listed above.
How are artworks packaged?
Pieces are packed securely with protective materials to help prevent damage in transit. For originals and fragile items, packaging is reinforced.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update an order, contact me as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to help.
What’s your returns policy?
Returns are accepted for eligible items in unused condition. Please contact me first to request a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
